Audiologist

Hi there! I’m Thomas. It has been my delight to work with this passionate, ‘other person centred’ team and I’m proud to be a part of it. I completed my Masters of Audiology in 2022 at Flinders University. I graduated in 2020 from a Bachelor of Health and Medical Science with Majors in Medical Science and Neuroscience at Adelaide University. Nicole Eglinton was my audiologist as a child, so I was destined to be one myself!

I have developed a passion for supporting children with their listening skills in Auditory Processing Therapy. I believe our hearing is critical to our connection with others, which makes my job very fulfilling. Everyday I’m reminded of this when I see so many lovely clients.

In my free time you’ll find me playing Disc Golf at Belair with my brother on a sunny Saturday or hanging out with my one-year-old girl Hattie. I’m also a massive fan of mind-bending Christopher Nolan movies. Nothing beats Interstellar, period.

Do I need a referral to see an audiologist?

You don’t need a referral to see an audiologist, although you may be able to access Medicare rebates when referred by an Ear, Nose & Throat Specialist, a Neurologist, or if your child has a Team Care Arrangement. Alternatively, audiology sessions may be claimable from your private health provider. If you have access to funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) we can provide services to self-managed and plan-managed clients.
